As Vice President, Nizam “Ish” Ishmael helps oversee all internal and external operations of the South Florida PBA.

Ish first joined the Miami-Dade Police Department in 1997. Throughout his career, Ish has worked for many districts and bureaus, including: Hammocks, Kendall, Northside, Town of Cutler Bay, Community Affairs, Warrants, Communications, and Personnel Management. He has previously served as a Board of Director and Treasurer.
