The Dade County PBA is made up of more than 6,500 police and correctional officers working for Miami-Dade County and more than 40 other agencies.

Incorporated in December 1963, the PBA is an aggressive, pro-active union of professional law enforcement officers seeking to protect your rights. For more the 30 years we have worked to promote professionalism among law enforcement officers.

Throughout the years, the PBA has established a positive identity in Miami-Dade County and proven ourselves as a strong force in bringing about change.

The PBA works closely with many community-based citizen organizations for the creation of better relations between the community and law enforcement.
