Obtaining Legal Assistance

Any DCPBA member may obtain assistance by calling the office of the DCPBA at: 305-593-0044 and asking for the Legal Department. The member should then identify him/herself as desiring legal assistance. The eligibility of the member will be verified and the member will be referred directly to an attorney.

With the escalating violence against law enforcement and the constant scrutiny by the State Attorney's Office, the media, the general public and "community interest" groups, it is not only comforting, but necessary, to know that you are represented by attorneys who together have over sixty years of experience. The PBA has an attorney available for you 24/7. And, unlike other organizations, we do not place caps or approval processes prior to you being able to contact our attorneys.

For a complete listing of your legal benefits as a PBA member, click here to download the new PBA Legal Brochure.
